Peewee LL1 - Lincoln Tournament Champs

Congratulations to the Peewee LL1 Rockets - as they battled through to finish 2nd in group in the round robin tournament held in Lincoln, March 16-19th.

Winning the semi-final game 4-1 vs the Oro Thunder, after a more than 2 hour delay for a power outage... The Rockets would than face the Penetang Flames in the Finals, a team they lost to 4-3 in group play.

After regulations, and an overtime period - the Peewee LL1 - UPI Energy Rockets - pulled out the win in a shoot-out!


Rockets players would like to Thanks - Coach Deven Hare, Shawn Weiler, Darren Jayne, Will Wall and Jim De Ruysscher for all their leadership and support. 

Also thanks to all the family and friends that came to cheer us on over the weekend, and make this a great way to end our Season!  Thank-you...
