Quote of the week
Congrats to Mason Gow who was the winner of the Quote contest this week and to all players who correctly guessed the poet Mattie Stepanek who was our inspiration last week.
As I listened to the players give their pre-game pep talks this week one of the comments I heard was "if you score a goal, don't celly to hard cause it looks bad" which inspired me to find a quote about sportsmanship so here it is players....who can tell me who said..."After I hit a homerun, I had a habit of running with my head down. I figured the pitcher already felt bad enough without me showing him up rounding the bases".
