38th Annual Delhi Hockey Moms U9LL Tournament
January 17-19th, 2025

The Delhi Hockey Moms are once again excited to host our annual U9LL full ice tournament.
We could not do this tournament without the support of our local association, U9LL parent volunteers as well as our local businesses who always are so generous in their donations.
Thank you for your interest in our tournament! When you register and participate you can expect the following:
· Three Game Guarantee
· Snack/Treat after each game
· Lunch provided to each player and bench staff (either Saturday or Sunday)
· Player of the game awards (2 each game per team)
· Lucky Jersey prize (one lucky number from each teams wins a prize just for being that number)
· Access to pin table, 50/50, and canteen for all (players, parents, grandparents, fans and coaching staff)
· Photographer on site
· Music between whistles and warm-up
· National anthem (prior to consolation and championship games)
· Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
· Tournament brochure with your team roster and name listed.

The Delhi Hockey Moms love the game of hockey and love watching our youth players passion for the game.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION: Please note that games will begin Friday January 17, 2024, at 12:00pm; games will run until 9pm (last game at 8pm) on Friday and Saturday night with goal of wrapping up the tournament by 5:00pm on Sunday January 19, 2024.
PLAYER OF THE GAME AWARDS: Each team will be provided with two player of the game awards per game for their respective teams. Coaches are asked to pick two players from their own teach.
LUNCH: Hockey moms will be providing a meal ticket to each player and rostered bench staff which can be used on either Saturday or Sunday at our canteen for a free meal (meal option(s) to be determined).
Please hand in your lunch tickets at the Hockey Moms Canteen to obtain your free lunch.
Coaches will be asked about allergies as we hope to be able to accommodate everyone.
MUSIC/ANTHEM: Our awesome score/timekeepers will be playing music during warm-ups, between whistles and between games to keep the fun going.
For the consolation and final games, we will also be playing the National Anthem and ask that teams line up on their respective blue lines.
TOURNAMENT BROCHURE: Coaches will be asked to forward a complete team roster (with jersey numbers) to our tournament convenor to ensure your team and roster makes it into our tournament brochure which will be provided to anyone interested free of charge at the front door of the area (pin table/50/50 area).
ADDITIONAL TREATS:
We are once again working with our amazing community and family sponsors to provide a treat to each player after each game. Past years items such as ice cream, chips, granola bars, apples, treat bags have been provided.
Coache are asked to let us know about any allergies ahead of time to ensure everyone is safe and accommodations can be made.
LUCKY JERSEY DRAW: With the assistance of our local Source for Sports and other community sponsors we will once again be offering a Lucky Jersey prize to one “lucky” player on each team.
Jersey number will be selected randomly and whomever has that Jersey will be awarded the item. Should teams not have that number, the Hockey Moms will do a draw based on the numbers on said team and randomly choose in that manner.
PHOTOGRAPHER: We have secured our amazing photographer again this year. He will be set up in the lobby and you will have the opportunity to purchase photos of your skater. If you are interested in team photos, please speak to Glen (photographer) directly.
PIN TABLE/50/50/Draws: As always, our Hockey Moms will be on site (in lobby) set up with our pin table for all our hockey noisemakers and gadgets. A 50/50 draw will be set up and will run Friday until Sunday at 1pm to ensure all winners are contacted prior to tournament end. Hockey moms are also working on some fun draws and raffles so stay tuned for more information on that.
Other: Hockey moms are working on a few other surprises for this year in hopes of making it the biggest and best one yet. STAY TUNED!!!!!
