Silver Medal at International Silver Stick in Wasaga Beach
The Dave's Variety Novice Rep team brought home a silver medal this weekend after battling a very strong team from ESSA in the championship Game.
The team defeated Seaforth 7-4, Kawartha 4-3 (scoring the game winner with 14.8 seconds on the clock) in round robin play. We then played Seaforth in the semi-finals and won 4-3 in sudden death overtime.
The players did a great job, improved as a team, individuals and put in a strong team effort!!! The coaching staff are very proud of these ROCKETS!!!
