On Nov. 7, 2023, "a motion to accept the membership list as reviewed by the board with the criteria that 1 member per registered family as per the HCR system, rostered bench staff, current hockey moms, current officers of the board and past presidents also being considered members in their own right.
A member is entitled to one individual vote with the potential of 2 votes maximum per family as stated in our current by-laws."
